Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-driven, commission-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
- Guide clients through contracts, inspections, financing coordination, and closings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
