Position Overview
The Real Estate Acquisitions Agent focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and representing clients in investment-focused real estate transactions.
This role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable operating in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in investment-focused residential transactions
- Prospect for acquisition opportunities through networking and outbound outreach
- Evaluate properties using comparative market analysis and investment metrics
- Coordinate with lenders, contractors, and property managers during transactions
- Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closing processes
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
- Interest in residential investment property transactions
